Walnut Creek Country Club has an 11 member Board of Directors to govern the facility. While the directors are not directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the club, they do get involved with setting the direction of our club with respect to new offerings, club finances and the evaluation of the club management team. In addition, several members are responsible for committee leadership to help the club serve the needs of our members.

The 2007-2008 Board of Directors are as follows, with their respective committee assignments:

Our Club Manager is Mr. Jerry Bosquet. Jerry comes to Walnut Creek after many years in the Country club business.  Jerry last worked at Kinston Country Club as the General Manager where he was employed for over twenty two years.  He has been in club management since 1971.  With country clubs like Oakwood CC in Lynchburg VA., Alamance CC in Burlington, Northridge CC in Raleigh and Cataba CC in Hickory NC , there is no stone left unturned when it come to managing a facility.  Prior to being a club manager he worked at Carmel CC in Charlotte NC for 7 years. Jerry is a former Certified Club Manager and has been associated with the Club Managers Association of America since 1971.

Jerry has been married to his lovely bride, Yonnie Bosquet, since 1970,.  He has two wonderful sons', Louis and Carter.  Both are graduates' of Brevard College and are employed and live in the mountains of NC. Carter was an Eagle Scout in his younger days as well.
